Hi there!

My company is an early stage startup that provides services in the healthcare sector. We are starting to test our product in the real world, and the data that we handle is very sensitive.

For our usecase we have to apply for modified content filters and also opting out of the abuse monitoring.

We did apply recently, but we got rejected because we are "unmanaged". Are there further steps I can take to resolve this? I'm more than willing to verify my company and who we work with.

you should probably go back to the team that told you that, explain your situation further, and ask how to get "managed"

The team is the Cognitive services gating support.

This is what they had to say: - Unmanaged customer status: At this time,Azure OpenAI Modified Content Filters is only available to managed customers and partners working with Microsoft account teams. Learn more about this requirement here. We are unable to accept applications to obtain managed customer status at this time.

Surely theres a way to get around this :/
