Migrating data from SPO to Azure storage?

Is this possible to do without having to download the entirety of the SPO site first?

I've seen some things point me to using Power Automate, but that seems designed for copying singular files at a time. I need to move a few hundred GB at least.

I was hoping it would be possible using az copy with the SPO modules in Powershell, but I can't seem to find anything there.

You could also use a logic app in azure.

Are we talking about SharePoint Online or SharePoint On-Prem?
