Suddenly from yesterday, around <t:1675787340:R> / <t:1675787340:f>
Azure batch transcribe is failing to access our S3 files when we are sending a presigned URL to the transcription job.
The error:
"status": "Failed"
"errorMessage": "Reason DownloadRecordingsUrisAuthenticationError, Details: Authentication failure when downloading HTTP header of the recording URI. status code Forbidden (JobId xx)."
"errorKind": "DownloadRecordingsUrisAuthenticationError"
In the same error message it shows the resource URI, and it opens the mp3 file for me, and it works for other transcription services.
Is this related to the outage happening for Azure services?
