My nginx pods are offline

I changed this line https://raw.githubusercontent.com/kubernetes/ingress-nginx/nginx-0.26.2/deploy/static/mandatory.yaml to this: https://raw.githubusercontent.com/kubernetes/ingress-nginx/controller-v1.3.1/deploy/static/provider/cloud/deploy.yaml

However, I am not sure what to do next...

this is the github repo that was made by a coworker 2 yrs ago who no longer works here! 😦
