you posted the wrong staff. if you have one with 17% hct fire the % of hsr will give you a good idea of the price

Cancel that, thought it was earth hct. 13hsr/17hct fire might bring a tad bit more, but this market is rough lately.. id say 1-5bd and 5bd being a bit of a stretch.
