HSR DM is what you seek, but 17% is not perfect
HCT BM is nothing special, to not say useless
Q6 blood is quite high
So better merche it if you don’t have any use by your own
steep forge
Could always try to sell at 100x the merch price and see if anyone wants to buy it before merching it
