So the chest that's supposed to have my gear after diplomatic immunity is just straight up not lootable. Googling this only shows a completely separate and unrelated bug with the chest. I'm going to then assume that this is somehow caused by the quick loot mod, despite this being literally the only container in the game that seems to have this bug (that I have stumbled into so far)

quick loot doesn't always load the menu for chests with a lot of items
