i recently bought the anniversary upgrade , nuked the skyrim folders and docs, then verified the files and went in game and downloaded all the cc content so why am i getting this error
please help

Go into Data in your skyrim install, delete that BSA and ESL, verify integrety of game cache, try again

For some reason, downloading the CC content seems to change those 2 files, so deleting and re-verifying them fixes the error

Nah, just delete those 2 then reverify

Only delete those 2 files, then go to Verify integrety of game files

Then try installing Keizaal again

Not sure if you figured it out yet but I had this issue earlier. What worked for me was I uninstalled skyrim from steam, reinstalled, launched to download cc content, exit, verify integrity, continue keizaal install.
