World, Rise, and Wilds
This is usually an issue caused by having multiple monitors having varying refresh rates, and stems from WPF (the framework hunterpie uses to render the overlay).
You can try changing Hunterpie’s render framerate to match your monitor’s refresh rate.
Another method is to adjust your monitor refresh rates to be close or the same as each other. May need to disable gsync.
Rise
In rare cases (unconfirmed), having hunterpie's native feature for Monster Hunter Rise has been reported to cause rise to run less stable. Disabling this feature for Monster Hunter Rise is not recommended, since it is fundamental to the functionality of some overlay elements, specifically for this game only.
Wilds
You may experience stutter when framegen is enabled in Wilds.
The issue stems from how the in-game framegen utilizes a windows feature called HAGS.

The permanent fix would be to not use in-game framegen, and optionally use driver level framegen (NVIDIA’s smooth motion or AMD’s fluid motion frames).
The alternate solution is to turn off HAGS in windows settings, and turn on framegen when starting the game, and turn it back off before quitting the game each time. Details below.
Wilds claims to require Hardware Accelerated GPU Scheduling (HAGS) in Windows settings to use framegen. The game will not boot up if you have framegen enabled in the game settings with HAGS turned off.
-# If this happens to you, you can modify the graphics options file in notepad to turn framegen off, or simply delete the file and it will generate a fresh one when running the game.
However, even with HAGS off, the game lets you enable framegen for some reason. So as long as you turn off framegen every time you quit the game, you can turn it back on next time. This allows you to use just framegen+hunterpie (no stutter) as opposed to framegen+HAGS+hunterpie (stutter).
