Hi, I started my adventure with youtube recently and I have an issue.
I don't have a frame of referefence.
Youtube shows me average clicks for my thumbnails, and average watch time, but I have no idea what it means. I can only compare them between my own videos.
Be happy that I got more then before, but is it more then others, less.
I don't know.

The info is all you need it gives infinite amount of info.

Clickthrough rate on thumbnails shows of its a good thumbnail. If u see s thumbnail do really well then u need to analyze the thumbnail. See What u did. Was it saturated? How was the text? What was on the thumbnail. USE it to make future thumbnails more appealing by studying What works. Thats What your viewers want to see.

Average Watch time is important, analyze What and where people click off. Where is the drop? When u see where, you look at that part in the video. Why did they click off? Was it stale for awhile? Did you give the info people wanted to Get? Etc etc
