You can use BMX bikes in free roam for free in the dedicated area in the South of the map though

when on sale (sometimes up to 70% off), the year 1 pass is a great deal, it included the BMX DLC and 8 toys + outfits for as low as 15 bucks while the BMX DLC's full price (without sale) is 20
