Infinite Golden Quarks iff ur past S10 (aka have the elevator)

I have (personally) figured out a gamebreaking bug with the free 'export' golden quarks at the beginning of a singularity.

Since the singularity elevator resets ur singularity, itll allow you to get the export golden quarks again. (Lets say ur on S25 and u tell it to reopen S25, itll give the GQ again, this can be infinitely repeated.)

[3] U get golden quarks every time u use the elevator to reopen ur singularity, gameplay bug.

[4] Replicatable. This can be done by going to the 'singularity elevator and 'reopening' ur singularity.

[6] currently do not have screenshots as i do not wish to currently reset my singularity, but the amount of GQ and the upgrades i have isnt a normal S25.

We're fixing this by removing the immediate free Quarks/GQ you can earn from imports, on Singularity (for now, starting Quarks are preserved)
