Shop looks weird on exactly 0 quarks

Was just buying stuff until this happened. Idk if having 0 quarks has anything to do with it but that's what happened.

I exported my save in case you needed it and by getting quarks the shop looks normal again

refunding subtracts from your total quark count so you can reset shop with less than 15 quarks^^

you always could, before if you had less than 15 on hand you would just lose what you had
