This happened to me in today's version 0.1.12
In the first video you can see that an old NPC stands in front of the machine in the middle and never leaves. Then I keep doing things, and in second video, 5 min later, a second old NPC appears standing in the same place as the previous one, and he doesn't leave either. At the end of the video, I moved the vending machine but it didn't fix the problem.
PS: In the third video you can see an NPC that is dragged to hell? lol
