Glinting Eye Not Applying to Fiddlehead Ferns

So I have Glinting Eye, but when I went looking for fiddlehead ferns there were no sparlies to help me pick them out from the grass, and I had the hardest time finding them. I just got the one that shows names too so maybe that'll help, but if you pay for the shimmer things should shimmer, yea? 😂

Now that I've start paying more attention, it doesn't look like it's working on any harvestables.

I though it might be related to effects quality in the graphics settings but mine is set to ultra, so that can't be the problem.
