Is there a chance you havent made an account yet (thats what happened to me)
Make sure to create an account with the email you got the backerkit email on 😄 Then verify your account through email. It should show up then
for some silly reason it lets you back something without first making an account

In the email it explains it better, but pretty much you cannot redeem that key till the old one is deactivated tomorrow 🙂
