Add a different weapon swapping option for controller.

Some of my friends that play the game find the wheel system difficult and confusing and they would really like it if there was a Minecraft ish swapping system, this way people who have trouble with the default system can play in a way that suit them!

How do I put this in the submitted suggestions section
