Firstly, this could be tied to the bug on the tracker that I'll link below, but I'm not sure since I didn't notice right away and am unsure when it happened.

Summary: I had the Roach Rage trinket as well as at least one other disappear, but I'm unsure when or how. The main concern is the Roach Rage trinket since it is tied to the quest and the ORC Cockroach Queen doesn't respawn for the ability to farm a 2nd drop of the trinket.
