Hello how do i make it so the "circle" inside the "a" is transparent. I wanna put gradient in the back but that part isnt cut off the letter. I need the letter to be with vectors

Make a Copy of the 'a'
Flatten it to make it a vector
Double click the vector to enable vector editing mode,
Select and delete all the unnecessary nodes until only the circle shape is left
Select and flattern it again
You should get a vector of the inner circle,
Place it behid ur 'a' in the text.
That should do it
