For this issue I'd suggest you check if it works in your browser, and if so trying reinstalling the dekstop app completely. Beyond that look through troubleshooting tips here https://help.figma.com/hc/en-us/sections/1500000378401
And if you're still having problems you probably need to contact Figma support directly
