need default to be "use"

i just created an animation for the three tabs of my website. however, since im designing the "use" page first, i need the default to be on "use". how do I do this. also if anyone knows how to make it a sliding animation instead of teleport let me know.

Create your flow to start from the “use” frame (assuming you’re going to fill in content). Flows can be seen when on prototype tab, and there’s a little tab that says “Flow One” which you can move to a different point. Also on the prototype tab where you’ve set up your interaction, there are smart animation options where you can choose from presets. Hard to give straight instructions without knowing how you’ve set everything up but hopefully that gets you started
