rotating pie menu thingy majig

hey all, im trying to make this neat little rotating pie menu thing for a little project. Currently not having much luck so, Iwas wondering how do I actually make it rotate on drag? Doesnt have to be a smooth rotation, if it staggers on each part with a drag that should be fine just cant really find the solution on the web.

every button already navigates to different slides, just want it to rotate
