When you hover on the icon a tooltip will appear at the bottom with the name of the page

Hi there!

  1. I would suggest that your "active" page icon should be white or any other color than grey it's tough to see which one is active.
  2. I don't know what happens when you click on your profile image but I would expect the options to see your profile or go to your settings from there so that would probably allow you to remove the setting icon and profile icon from the nav.
    Other than that it's pretty clean!
