#issue with strokes on vectors

I wonder if it's because your shape is on sub-pixels?

Try snapping the vectors of your shape to their nearest pixel and see if that helps.

Double click into the shape, zoom into the vectors, select the ones that are off the pixel grid, and whilst holding SHIFT, move it to the closest pixel grid point 🙂

Video shows me double-clicking into the shape, and then moving the point with and without holding SHIFT.
