Text frames nudging on their own when trying to do anything to them

its small but its nudging all my text off the baselines so any color change etc is requiringb me to manually correct it everytime.

I'm lost

It doesnt seem to do this in the native file where the library is locatd

just the linked one

do I have some grid set up or something I cant see
