Simic Ascendancy feels a little weak compared to other stuff as does Vault 87.... Origin of Metal Bending , growth spiral, Power Fist, Patchwork Banner
Origin of Metal Bending is just a lack luster and there are a lot of ways to deal with.... most of the 1/1 coutners will come from your creatures and there are a lot of ways to deal with artifacts/enchantments
Guardian Project also feels a little weak, but I worry there isn't enough card draw if we get rid of it so I am pretty split on this one.
As this is a +1/+1 counter deck having a lot of monsters to go wide is necessary so you don't want to cut back a lot of them... drawing into no or limited monsters makes everything else you draw pretty dead.
I do think just cutting back on interactions would be the best bet due to that... that is just my approact to this.
