#Looking for Advice/Suggestions on Kefka Commander Deck

Can you tell me some stuff about the people you're playing with?
[[venser's journal]] is the one card that's standing out to me here
[[dispel]] as well
Just because it's really really narrow
I do think thought vessel is better here
I'm right that this is basically a budgetless deck?
Just based on the cost as a new player
OK
[[muddle the mixture]] may be better than dispel
It plays into your discard synergies for one thing
But you can use it to find any card with mana value = 2
And people can't counter it unless they have a stifle
Yes, I think you're sort of split between two phases of deck building though
Because you have a lot of fast cards that are more generically good for grixis colors but then you have a lot of big chunky cards?
You're clearly discarding to reanimate yeah, but it's causing me to have a little bit of a harder time reading it
I don't think ti's bad but like [[lord of the void]] doesn't usually mentally go with toxril/tergrid
It reads like you're playing against people who are mainly in bracket 4
I feel like you need a discard outlet other than kefka's attack
[[psychic frog]]
$10.80
$5.14 • €8.43 • 9.53 TIX
$14.79 • €18.61 • 9.73 TIX
$10.67 • €10.43 • 10.08 TIX
Ok, that's not as bad as I was worried
Again, muddle, great for finding psychic frog
or thoracle, etc.
The other thing is i'm more used to kefka decks building around multi card types
So more artifact creatures or enchantment creatures
Just to try and definitely draw more cards
You are definitely heavy in B, but a lot of discard effects and payoffs are in that color
I do. I think you need to talk to one or more of the people you're going to be playing with though
Or have you done that already?
OK
How is it playing then? What are you finding its limitations
You said the mana base
mm
Ahh
That's unfortunate in a way
It's a popular card and has been reprinted a lot more recently
