I have an Ulalek deck that I want to utilize roaming throne, Echoes of Eternity, or any other card that helps with those combos. My problem currently is consistency and card draw. I don't always get Echoes out, or I have so much ramp that I tend to end up with an empty hand.
What cards would help synergize with this deck, or make card draw more consistent?
