Baral with proliferate poison counter wincon

I am trying to build a Baral deck with a poison counter proliferate wincon with a budget of around 100$. I know this is immoral and also evil. I put together this list and it seems decent I think? Any advice would be helpful https://www.archidekt.com/decks/6561397/counterspells

That does indeed sound immoral and evil. :) As otter pointed out though, your link isn't working @signal hawk. On the other hand, I'm not sure how much value red adds to poison/proliferation. (But also I've been on Atraxa for years and completely ignoring red for that.)
