I'm trying to improve my deck and I'm having some issues. I like it being more of a battlecruiser rather than just straight combos like Kinnen. I just don't really know how to improve its speed and consistency. Any help would be appreciated!

Honestly, from what I'm seeing, you'd be best off leaning more into the Landfall theme, and forgoing the flashier spells like Part the Waterveil.
Scute Swarm is a great addition to Landfall decks, and would work well with Thrasios here. Training Grounds might also be a good addition.
[[Scute Swarm]] [[Training Grounds]]
Creature — Insect
Landfall — Whenever a land enters the battlefield under your control, create a 1/1 green Insect creature token. If you control six or more lands, create a token that's a copy of Scute Swarm instead.

If you wanna keep some extra turn spells I’d recommend using [[Nexus of fate]] and/or [[beacon of tomorrows]] instead

If Ramunap Excavator is a good include, you could consider cutting another card for [[Crucible of Worlds]]. Notably those effects both combo with [[Walk the Aeons]] and [[Azusa, Lost but Seeking]] to let you play three islands, cast Walk the Aeons, and buy it back, before replaying the same three islands from the yard to loop infinite turns.
In terms of just improving consistency, you could also look at picking up the Fetch lands, replacing some basic lands for [[Misty Rainforest]] at least, but also the off-color fetches that can find Forests or Islands
They work extra well with landfall type effects as well, since you'll get two land ETB's. Two Kodama triggers for a 0 CMC permanent
less to activate. This effect can't reduce the mana in that cost to less than one mana.
, Pay 1 life, Sacrifice Misty Rainforest: Search your library for a Forest or Island card, put it onto the battlefield, then shuffle.
