Chandra is probably the fastest changer cause it changes with every Chandra PW, and they still print better red draw which replaces the older ones.
Ayara is probably my slowest changer cause its such a tight list and the type of cards it wants aren't commonly printed these days.
Gishath is probably the slowest to change. We don't get a ton of dinosaur support outside of specific sets.
My most frequently changed deck is probably my Shorikai, because there's frequently some new artifact or vehicle shenanigan I can pull to do big stompy vehicle things a bit better.
Crosis changes fastest for me since I'm always tinkering with the list probably because it constantly finds new ways to disappoint me in games, Selvala probably changes the slowest these days since the majority of figuring out ratios, play patterns, etc took place 5+ years ago and I've just been maintaining the list since
My slowest is probably Sen Triplets there are VERY few cards that are new that enhance what it's meant for. Orah probably changes the fastest because it's meant to have a large degree of flexibility with power and tech so even if the 99 rarely changes the flex board I keep for it usually gets new additions either due to new cards being released or just getting around to grabbing a piece I've considered but not bit the bullet on.
I think that Avacyn probably changes most slowly, since the list is very tight and they don't print many super-strong stax pieces or equipment these days. Cutting cards feels like pulling teeth. Similarly, Hapatra doesn't get many new toys, since she's cEDH level -- and because they aren't printing any more cards with -1 counters.
On the other hand, Roalesk picks up some new cards from almost every set, since counters are such an evergreen theme. There's always something broken to do with proliferate!
Right now my Frodo Sam food lifegain is probably changing fastest because food is the new treasure.
Prosper is definitely slowest because it’s my most tuned and it requires a really excellent card to break through into it
Nightmare typal changes the slowest cos...well it's not exactly the most well loved type.
The fastest are decks that I haven't quite found a slot for yet.
What was a Faldorn deck and formerly faerie typal are going through a lot of changes right now as I keep swapping cards around till I get the play experience I want
The premise of these questions doesn't ring true to me, my decks tend to exist unchanged for months if not years at a time.
Typically I change Bess the most because I love finding uniquely strong 1/1s and +1 +1 counter synergies.
Slowest changing deck would probably have to be Katilda, Dawnhart Martyr, my newest deck because it's a new deck. Gotta see where it's strengths lie and the like.
Slowest changing deck would be Kemba : the list is quite tight and the trend actually is Boros equipment and no Mono-White equipment. So finding new toys is hard (Forge anew was the latest addition)
My fastest changing deck is not clear. Half of my deck see their maybeboard updated depending of the new printings ... But as they are old decks, thier list are quite tight.
