I'm not sure why, but the wheel does this every time I try to open it when I'm not in VR mode, making it completely unusable for the most part

The only thing that I can think that might have an effect is having an in-game avatar facecam so I can see expressions
And I don't have it in a fixed position in VR mode

In the options menu you can find the setting to move the radial menu around.

"ry press R and get that menu out. You'll see part of it, do your best and try click open "config". After that, "HUD position" is on the lower right of that radial menu... Yes, I know you can't see it but you can certainly give it a shot and move the radial menu to where you can see the whole thing. Hope this helps"
