What do you press to get that message? Normally the switch is toggled in the VRChat SDK window.

It may be that you are missing the Android parts of Unity. If you installed it via the Unity hub you can add the missing modules.

This happens when Unity was not installed with the Unity hub. The recommended path is using the hub so I recommend to uninstall Unity 2019.4.31f1 via Windows App & Features and then reinstall via the hub and the modules selected.

Well all of them basicly. VRC Quest tools, Outo toggler, and so on. alot going on up their lol.

Don't know those but I imagine they where UnityPackages that you installed into your project. This will be unaffected by re-installing Unity.
