Hands not working

So emotions are working but hands said nope. Any ideas?

Is the gestures layer installed ?

(also in unity you cannot see expressions + fingers, they are two different animator controllers)

if you shoot the fx layer on your model you'll see the expressions only, if you shoot gestures you'll see the fingers only
