#Substance - Painting on UVs accidentally paint on other parts of the mesh

I have tried googling this, but I am not having any luck finding a solution.
So essentially, I am trying to paint on specific parts of the UV map, but it keeps adding paint to other parts of the UV. Is there a way to make it so that drawing on the UV's doesn't do that? I've added a pic to explain better.
By default, your Brush is set to “Tangent - Wrap”, which will paint on UVs in and out of it.
Try changing it to “UV” mode.
