#One eye on VSF is not blinking

the eye animation may be animating a blink blendshape, but some model's the blink is actually blink_left and blink_right. it would need to have the animation blink both eyes. If you can navigate to the animation and re-record it with both it should work out
Are there any guides or anything on how to do this because I am completely lost ;v; I don't know how to do what you have suggested uvu
Select your avatar in the scene, on the right side in the inspector are the components. Click the asset slotted in this Blendshape slot. It should highlight the asset in your directory
Select that, and in the inspector again are two tabs, Editor and List at the top, click list, and find the Blink asset, click that as well and it should be highlighted in your assets
