Wrong savepoint/missing hitboxes in Childbed

After defeating the Giant of Eyes, I died a couple of times in the area to the right of the arena. Sometimes after death I would respawn at the Childbed - Enveloping Petals savepoint, other times it would respawn me in the Giant of Eyes boss arena. Sometimes when I respawn in the boss arena, some platforms to the right of the arena don't have hitboxes, meaning I just clip through them and fall to my death.

sure! this should be it, I did keep playing afterwards though

adding to this: you can reproduce no ground after you return to menu and load back the game after being teleported to giant. Also teleporting to giant boss is triggered by going to main menu instead of death.
