Instruments Achievement, and Final Boss vanishing

So I have all 40 weapons, and I have learned that the Instruments achievement is bugged, not a problem, however when I went to finally go kill Shidra I have discovered that he no longer exists in his boss room, like he did previously when I tried to fight him a handful of time. And I was reading through other Steam discussion posts about the Strand of the Child being put into the Childbed messing up the quest marker that tells you to give it to Shidra, even if you have already progressed far beyond that point, so perhaps that is related some how

Hey, just making sure I'm getting this right:
When you loaded your save you could go back and fight shidra no problem, but ever since you picked up the Strand he no longer appears as he used to?

I never tried to fight Shidra again until after I had pretty much did Childbed and everything else

So Im not entirely sure when or what caused him to vanish

I also did not pay attention to when the quest marker got stuck to his original location in the world tree

But yes, I could go warp to his arena surrogate and everything just fine

And when I go into the arena, it moves the camera and locks it into place, but when I walk off screen it unsticks to follow me again
