QP uses garbage messiness rather than change-on-attack rule. The garbage queue should be adjusted to indicate that.

There are actually two messiness value involved:

  • Messiness between segments
  • Messiness within segment

ok but they activate at different times depending on how active that garbage segment is. even if it doesn't indicate messiness, it still has to stay together to indicate that

also that example is a little extreme, because you can still get several garbage segments in the same column in TL lol
