#TSD only mr. boardwide achievement

Achievement similar to mr.boardwide of doing a quad in every column.

Except it's doing a tsd in every column.

TSDs in column 1/9 is doable via stsd with a floating overhang like

20 tsds in 40 line, maybe make it 2 tsds in every column or 1 in every column all 20 tsds to be easier.

thankfully it doesn't require you to do only tsds lol so you do have 20 lines to waste
