To recreate it, the easiest way is to set up an piece_s piece like so ( piece_t, piece_z, and other combinations work, the overhang just needs to be set up)

and then to spin the piece_i piece in, press clockwise, hold all the way left, soft drop to the bototm, and then clockwise again.

I don't think I-spins are rewarded with Handheld spin detection, since it's supposed to be very similar to the spin detection in Tetris Party Deluxe and Tetris 3DS/Tetris Axis
