Having option to Shift + Enter for new line in Report?

As what title says, wanna have the Report UI to have option to Shift + Enter to add new line... Since Shift + Enter current works as the Send button (the same as just Enter itself).

Wanna give full details on reporting a suspicious player, but hitting Enter just sent it... And I sent it twice...

Formatting a report doesn't seem too necessary, since only a few people are going to read it.
