Scroll volume control adjusts music even when it's on mute.

I usually have spotify playing on the background so I muted the music..

I tried scroll to adjust volume in game and it adjusts both sfx and music, causing music to start playing.

If it's muted in config, it shouldn't be touched when adjusting master volume.
