Currently, when a TETR.IO Supporter gift cannot be completed, an error message occurs stating so. This error message is only marginally helpful. As someone who frequently gifts supporter to people through TAWS, I interact with the supporter gift system quite frequently, and would like to see the system improved. This feature request seeks to improve the information given to the user about why their supporter gift fails.
Currently, the error popup says something like "one or more users could not be found". While this can be helpful, what it means for me when I am gifting to a large number of users is that I have to individually check a large list of users to figure out which one is the offending user. the current culture around this game sees people changing their usernames with somewhat regularity, so it is often the case that I have to track down users, which is fine to do, but this additional step of not knowing which users are the ones I could not gift to makes it take much longer.
One additional thought would be allowing the gifts to go through still for the players that did not have an issue, which showing which it failed for in a separate line. I can see this being challanging from a UI design perspective though.
Overall, just that extra little bit of information on why a supporter gift failed would go a long way to making gifting supporter easier, in particular for tournament organizers, and would be a welcome change
