Although you bring very good points. I'll be answering these from the perspective of a player/viewer:

1. This could be akin to having a server to organize tournaments or a special channel, like #supporter·lounge (the name is supporter-lounge, if you can't see it)

2. I'm not sure how exactly they could implement something early for content creators (CC's from now on) to create videos, maybe take a page on how tech components are given early for reviewers, so they can make the review on time, when the embargo lifts.

3. Isn't that what the verified badge is for?

4. I know the devs can do wacky stuff, but I'm not sure, if giving this kind of power to CC's is a good idea.

It's supposed to be content creator, if you read my answer to the 2nd point a bit more.

I have an idea, that I keep putting on the backburner. Essentially run occasional tournaments for Baltic State players (Latvia, Lithuania & Estonia)

yeah there's really like zero PR/outreach considerations going on right now. i don't forsee that significantly changing until TETR.IO Beta has fully released.
