Clicking mouse5 (the one for going backwards) sometimes causes game to restart

have you tried disabling mouse 5 when tetrio is running?

i dont have this issue with tetrio though

if you're using something like razer or logitech they should have software that lets you change mouse button assignment on a program by program basis

if not i would suggest a 3rd party program, personalyl i use X-mouse control but iirc its bit outdated

add tetrio with the add button then assign mouse 5 to be disabled or something
