Allow users to attach a message when gifting another player supporter. The receiving user would be able to expand the gift notification and see the message.

This can be helpful if the gift has a clear purpose, such as a birthday present.

i do see some potential for abuse since as of now i believe gifts can override user blocks (and in fact i have seen people maliciously use that fact with gifting as-is) but this is probably a different issue that'd need to be solved on its own terms

just disable messages for gifts to users who've blocked you, or disable such gifts altogether
