all mods give risk, the ones that give more advantage give a huge risk of being banned. Ones that don't give advantage give less risk but can still get you banned and will count as a valid ban. Some mods are mostly allowed and devs/moderators might be fine with it but that does not mean you are safe. (There is no such thing as illegal or legal mods it says it in the offical gorilla tag discord)

Personally, I dont record on standalone quest, I record on pcvr. If you cant get that, its fine, but I'm just saying thats how I do it. Make sure you're keeping the viewers attention span, because you can lose a lot of subs, and watch hours from that. Always try to improve everything. Make sure when you're making thumbnails, do shadowing, it really helps. Make sure the titles are short, but explain the most part of the video, while making the viewer curious. And make sure to almost always try to be original. I hope this helps
