I'm trying to remove defense ev from my fungas but it won't use the defense ev berry. Got footage if needed

Hello @indigo grove , I have just tested, no issue on my side.
Are you sure to check EV correctly ?

To use EV reducing fruities :

  • you must be outside of a battle
  • use directly from the bag

You can check your EV from the PC

Here, my Revomon had 10 EV DEF, then I used the fruity

I'm very sorry for wasting your time. I watched the video I had and I was using attack ev fruits. Will they still have been consumed without any ev?
