Clean flash involves wiping data, but usually not including internal storage
If you have encrypted storage, back up first before proceeding, then format data (this includes internal storage as well)
If your storage is not encrypted via DFE or any means, wipe system and data partition

Android 14 has StorageAccessFramework (SAF), so unless you are rooted and you have lsposed with NoStorageRestriction module (extra: syncthing to backup internal storage to your PC or any file manager that allows you to copy all contents of internal storage and paste it in your PC's network drive, and swift backup or neo backup for application backups), you are out of luck

Although there is a way to backup all of these without rooting (minus the application data) via USB OTG in TWRP, I haven't tried it yet

Screen flickering will not be visible if you are using 60hz, "Disable HW Overlays" turned on or your brightness is around 30% or above 30%.

It is also more visible in dark/greyish background.

I clean flashed the latest build (May 30th build) and so far it works good. I noticed just one problem: yesterday I charged my phone on a friends charger where the lock screen loading message was flickering/blinking somehow and after I removed the phone from the charger, my touchscreen was not responding anynore. All went back to normal after a restart.

It's basically extra RAM, but in your storage device. So apart from eating up precious GB of your internal storage, it's also many many many many many times slower than actual RAM.

Does anyone else have the problem on Poco F5 that the touchscreen does not respond anymore sometimes? It happens sometimes after charging, mostly when charging over night and the lock screen text is blinking before that happens. Restarting the phone helps but it is annoying... I already tried global and EU firmware without any difference.

Could be unstable because of your place's electricity. Either from a dodgy charger or dodgy electrical grid.

I had a phone whose screen went crazy because of a knockoff charger, but it subsided when I took the cable out.

I bought a 2nd POCO F5 to be able to clean flash without loosing my old setup. The other F5 doesn't have that issue (as some other phones of my family). Maybe that phone has a hardware problem (bought used), but it didn't happen with MIUI before.

Here's my Final Test in Battery Life of Evolution X (Test Build). Previously it has an average of 6hrs of SOT now its averaging 7hrs of SOT. I used 120hz, 20% of Brightness, Basic usage of SOCMED apps, Mobile Data and Wifi.

Still manage to left about 30% of battery.

Tried a few things in recovery like wiping the cache, dirty flashing the ROM. Sometimes it would boot up to the lock screen (despite the lock screen was also crashing and restarting), and I could run the adb shell put system commands from there.

Went straight to fastboot mode instead. Fortunately could still access recovery.

I ended up resetting the entire phone.
Fortunately, I had already backed everything up, so it's not too much of a hassle. The only annoying thing is that it's currently 3AM where I live, and I'm still in the process of restoring everything.

I am unable to use the Lsposed with KernelSU in the latest update. I already have the zygisk-next installed.
The Lsposed gets installed successfully but fails to open from the notification and when I try to open it, the Shell always stops working and it crashes.

If someone knows any fix, please help.

Earlier when I rooted, one banking keep on detecting root. But today, I never opened the app until I finished the whole process. After rooting, I enabled zygisk and added denylist. Then reboot. Then hide magisk. After all, I opened all banking apps and everything works fine now.
